சொல்: வேர்ச்சொல் அறிதல், வினைமுற்று, வினையெச்சம், வினையாலணையும் பெயர், தொழிற்பெயர், பெயர்ச்சொல்/வினைச்சொல் வேறுபாடு, எழுத்துப்பிழை/ஒற்றுப்பிழை நீக்குதல்.

எதிர்ச்சொல், ஓரெழுத்து ஒருமொழி, ஒரு பொருள் தரும் பல சொற்கள், அகரவரிசைப்படுத்துதல், பேச்சு வழக்கு – எழுத்து வழக்கு வேறுபாடுகள், கலைச்சொற்கள்/இணையான சொற்கள் கண்டறிதல்.

The TNPSC Group 4 examination consists of 200 questions in total.

The examination carries a maximum of 300 marks.

The syllabus is based on the SSLC standard.

General Studies consists of 75 questions.

Aptitude and Mental Ability consists of 25 questions, including 15 Aptitude questions and 10 Reasoning questions.

The Tamil Eligibility-cum-Scoring Test consists of 100 questions for 150 marks.

General English is applicable only for Differently Abled candidates who are exempted from the Tamil Eligibility-cum-Scoring Test.
